Where the material lands and what it costs

Harnett County runs two landfills that take C&D debris: the Dunn-Erwin Landfill at 449 Daniels Road in Dunn and the Anderson Creek Landfill at 1086 Poplar Drive in Spring Lake. Both post $54 per ton for C&D and the same $54 per ton for commercial waste, with a $5 minimum per load, effective July 1, 2025. No mobile-home-specific fee or rule appears on the schedule, so a stripped-and-sorted load pays the posted rate and nothing extra. Vehicle tires are accepted only when they are off the rim, and a trash-contaminated LCID load carries a $100 per ton surcharge.
