What we do
One thing: unwanted mobile homes. If a manufactured home needs to be gone — hauled off, torn down, or bought outright — that is the entire business. We are based in Asheville, NC and work across 88 counties in North and South Carolina, from the mountains to the Grand Strand.
We are the crew side of this trade, not a call center. That means when you ask what your situation costs, you get a number built from the things that actually drive it: what your county landfill charges per ton, whether your home needs an asbestos survey before teardown, how far the nearest disposal facility is, and whether the frame, axles, and home itself have salvage value that offsets your price — sometimes past zero, which is when we make you an offer instead.
Why this site is mostly data
Every county page on this site carries the county's own numbers: manufactured-home stock from the Census Bureau's ACS table B25024, disaster history from FEMA's declaration database, HUD wind zones from 24 CFR 3280.305, and the county's published landfill fee schedule, linked to the source. Where a county does not publish a figure, the page says so. We would rather show a blank cell than an invented number — you are going to compare quotes anyway, and the crew that starts from the real tipping fee is the one whose quote survives contact with the job.
How the work actually runs
A removal is straps off, utilities verified dead, home split if it is a double-wide, towed or hauled in sections. A demolition is the same prep, then an excavator, sorted debris, metal to the recycler, and the rest to the county's C&D facility — with the paperwork (NC rules here, SC rules here) handled before the first panel comes down. A buyout is us doing that same math and concluding your home is worth more than the removal costs — so we pay you instead of the other way around.
We started this operation in 2026 after years working heavy construction in western North Carolina, because the region is full of aging single-wides nobody wants and the options owners get quoted are either vague or predatory. The fix for both is the same: publish the real numbers and quote from them.
What we will not do
We will not quote you a teaser price and "discover" fees later. We will not claim your home has no value to buy it cheap — if it is worth money, we tell you what it is worth and why. And we will not leave a lot half-cleared: the job is done when the ground is ready for whatever comes next.
